3586345 - 'Additional Details' in PCC Payroll Run Generates 'File NOT found!' Error

Symptom

  • After a Support Package upgrade, an error 'File NOT found!' is generated when processing payroll process in Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • The error occurs when clicking on the 'Additional Details' link on the bottom right screen of Payroll run, which generates a spool.
