Symptom
- During the hiring process, the cross-entity rule does not function as expected when dependent data is added.
- The system successfully executes the Cross-Entity Rule to create a Job Relationship when no Dependent data is added during the Hiring process.
- However, if Dependent data is added during the Hiring process (with all same data), the system does not create the Job Relationship.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Reproducing the Issue
- Have a Cross-Entity Rule to create a Job Relationship during new hire
- Add new employee with dependent info.
- Submit this user.
- Job relationship is not auto-created with cross-entity rule.
Cause
This is a known issue, hiring scenario is creating two diferent save scenarios.
Resolution
with a planned fix for 1H2025 release.
The workaround until the fix is to don't add dependents information during the hire scenario.
