• The program to Update Payment Behavior Key Figures is executed in test mode and key figures for Average Days Late (ADL) and Average Days to Payment (ADP) are determined.
• The program is then executed in Update mode without any errors, but the ADL and ADP values remain zero in the Key Figures data of a credit segment.
• This issue occurs despite the standard job SAP_FIN_FSCM_CR_PAYM_UPDATE running correctly and other payment behavior key figures such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), last payment, etc. being updated.
