Symptom

During provisioning the SAP Datasphere tenant, the "Create" button is greyed out / inactive.

Follow SAP Help Portal Documentation: Create Your SAP Datasphere Service Instance in SAP BTP

Cause

Missing authorization on SAP BTP side.

Resolution

Make sure that you have SAP BTP administration authorization in both the BTP subaccount and Cloud Foundry environment.
