Symptom

  • Products with plants are sent from S/4 Hana to SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
  • The plant is correctly sent to Sales Cloud in the inbound message, but the assignment to the product is not successful.
  • The issue is observed in the inbound processing of the message.
