Symptom
- A business rule is triggered that adds all the required skills to the activity for consideration during planning.
- The requirement created by the business rule is not displayed for the activity on the planning board.
- In query API, the requirement is created correctly and can be found in the table, but it is not displayed in the activity details on the planning board.
