Is it possible to exclude weekends and public holidays in workflow auto approval and auto escalation Jobs?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

1. Configure the auto approval/ auto escalation after 2 days. 
2. Perform any action (e.g.: leave request) and a workflow is triggered.
3. If the manager does not approve the leave on the same day, the application is automatically escalated to the second level after the weekend.

The system currently considers 1 day as 24 hours and does not have the option to exclude weekends or public holidays.

• It is currently not possible to exclude weekends or public holidays in auto approval/escalation jobs in the system.
