3586684 - IBP: How to confirm that Decimal Length in Exchange Rate Extractor results is correct

Symptom

The "Exchange Rate" (Exchange Rate for Conversion to IBP Currency) column extractor results are displaying unexpected digits after the decimal point.
For example, for the currency pair (From Currency "VND" To Currency "EUR"), the output is "0,038850".
