3586684 - IBP: How to confirm that Decimal Length in Exchange Rate Extractor results is correct

Symptom

The extractor results of "Exchange Rate" (Exchange Rate for Conversion to IBP Currency) column are displaying unexpected digits after the decimal point. 
For example

  • Correct example: real currency pair A 
    1 EURO = 108.56 JPY, extractor results of exchange rate (From Currency "JPY" To Currency "EUR"), the output is "0,009211". 
  • Bad example: real currency pair B 
    1 EURO = 25740 VND, extractor results of exchange rate (From Currency "VND" To Currency "EUR"), the output is "0,038850".
