3586752 - User Authentication fails "ALPHANUM_REQUIRED_FOR_LOGONID"

Users are not able to login  in nwa. Even with the Administrator user they receive Error message  " User Authentication Failed"

In TSHW :

• Converted LogonID for tracing: Administrator
• Set name in NameCallback to Administrator
• Handle javax.security.auth.callback.PasswordCallback@79b6d6d7
• Authentication type: FORM
• ALPHANUM_REQUIRED_FOR_LOGONID
  Invalid LogonID recieved. ALPHANUM_REQUIRED_FOR_LOGONID
• Converted LogonID for tracing: Administrator

Provided username is Administrator.
