Invalid Markup Error During Connection Setup in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

1. Attempt to set up a PI connection in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
2. Receive the error message during the credential checking process.
3. An error message is received when attempting to set up a connection in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence. The error message states: "Checking credentials: rejected. Reason: Invalid markup. Expected xml or json, but instead found [text/html;charset=utf-8]."

The Service root URL is not formatted correctly.

1. Ensure the Service root URL is formatted correctly. The correct format should be: https://bpi-plug-and-gain.cfapps.eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com/api/Finance_I2CService/v1
