3586871 - Update commitments across fiscal years during the creation on PO

There is a requirement to update commitment across fiscal years when creating a Purchase Order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In a commitment entry of a PO, the posting date is the delivery date, and the fiscal year is derived from the posting date. If the posting date of the commitment is 31.12.2025, and the derived fiscal year is 2025. 

For splitting the commitment across fiscal years, 

• one option would be create 2 line items in the PO with different delivery dates say 31.12.2025 and 31.12.2024,
• or even create 2 separate POs with different delivery dates say, 31.12.2025 and 31.12.2024
