This KBA explains how to filter out the Single Record Approvals with status "Approved" in the Time Valuation.

As of release 1H 2025, Enhanced Time Valuation for Single Record Approval is provided for Time Tracking customers, where it is possible to filter out single record approvals in status "Approved".

Important note: Currently, the “Filter Single Records from Input Groups” time valuation can only be assigned to time recording profiles with Variant = Clock Times. This is a known limitation. For further details please refer to KBA 3606906.
