3586911 - Error in Creating Project Stock Order due to Missing Buyer/Seller Address

While attempting to create a Project Stock Order, an error message appears "buyer address missing; seller address missing", the error prevents the creation of a Project Stock Order.

SAP Business ByDesing

1. Navigate to the Project Management work center.
2. Select the Projects view.
3. Search for and open the project.
4. Navigate to the Products view.
5. Select the Product Overview sub-tab.
6. Select the relevant product.
7. Click on Create Project Stock Order - For Released Project Tasks.
8. Change the Recipient to the appropriate individual.
9. Click on Finish.

Observe the error messages: "Buyer address missing" and "Seller address missing".

The issue arises when the Customer associated with the Project Stock Order is blocked. As a result, the system is unable to retrieve the necessary information from the Master Data.

Unblock the Customer in the system, then try to create the Project Stock Order again.
