3586924 - Error Code: 500 when accessing "View All" in Compensation Information card in Latest People Profile

Symptom

An issue is reported with the "View All" option in the Compensation Information card of some users' profiles in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
When attempting to access this option, an error message is displayed: "Looks like something went wrong Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 500".

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to a users' profile .
Choose the Compensation category.
Click on the "View All" option in the Compensation Information card.

Cause

SAP Engineering team have identified this as a product issue.

Resolution

SAP Engineering team have confirmed that this issue will be fixed with the H1 2025 release.
