The I-9 reverifications migrated from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding do not appear in the Report Stories.
Scenario:
When transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding, the I-9 reverifications were migrated to Onboarding. However, it is not appearing in the Report Stories.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
Both Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding have different user interfaces and functionalities.
In Onboarding 1.0, you can trigger an I-9 Reverification for a future date (based on the enabled functionality). However, this process is not yet available in Onboarding.
Therefore, if you migrate over a hundred I-9 Reverifications that need to be triggered in the future, you will not be able to trigger the reverifications manually. Instead, these reverifications will be automatically triggered 120 days prior to the document expiration date.
