Symptom
- After upgrading Oracle to 19c, an error occurs when attempting to edit or refresh any Web Intelligence (WebI) report that relies on a JDBC connection.
- The error message states: "Java Exception: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Oracle/jdbc/OracleDriver has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0."
