3587174 - Expected Value of grub:transparent_hugepage Displays "never" in SAPTUNE for SLES 15 SP5

Symptom

You are using SAPTUNE to apply the recommended OS parameters referring to 2684254 - SAP HANA DB: Recommended OS settings for SLES 15 / SLES for SAP Applications 15. The recommended value for Configure Transparent Hugepages (THP) is always [madvise] never for SLES 15 SP5 and newer service packs however, the output of "saptune solution verify" shows the expected value of grub:transparent_hugepage is never.
