3587226 - C4C Homepage - Group sequence affected due to Multiple business roles

Symptom

In Homepage due to multiple business role groups sequence does not look in the correct order.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Homepage.
open the homepage adaptation for a business role assigned to user and see the groups sequence.
In similar way open adaptation for another business role and see the group sequence.
Close the adaptation and see the sequence of groups combined from all the business roles, they are not in any order but random.

Cause

When a user has multiple roles, the system does not determine the sequence in which groups should appear, as role determination does not follow a predefined order. This is the nature with multiple roles.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior with multiple roles, if you want to define a sequence for the groups, you can do so through personalization.
