3587241 - "Warning No Data" Message Displayed in Run Statutory Reports Fiori App Post S/4 HANA 2023 Upgrade

Symptom

  • After the system upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA 2023 release, upon accessing the Run Statutory Reports Fiori application, no reporting tasks are displayed, and a message box stating "Warning No Data" appears in the application.
  • Error log indicates "Value is not a valid date in accordance with the XML format for ABAP".
