Symptom

RMAN backup to tape failed due to ORA-07445 error reported in alert log. e.g.

Exception [type: unknown signal, unknown code] [ADDR:0x7FFC567A7670] [PC:0x132D7A66, slaac_int()+214] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file /oracle/<SID>/saptrace/diag/rdbms/<sid>/<sid>001/trace/<SID>001_ora_163067.trc  (incident=1704455):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [slaac_int()+214] [unknown signal] [ADDR:0x7FFC567A7670] [PC:0x132D7A66] [unknown code] []
Incident details in: /oracle/<SID>/saptrace/diag/rdbms/<sid>/<SID>001/incident/incdir_1704455/<SID>001_ora_163067_i1704455.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
