3587273 - When Saving Job Requisition the Error Occruing: Object Field has Invalid Value - Recruiting Management

Can't save or forward job requisition as an error occurs stating that certain object field has invalid value.

1. Maintain the values in job requisition object fields
2. Save or forward the job requisition
3. Error occurs stating "xx field has invalid value"

There are two object fields configured in job requisition and they are object associations in Configure Object Definitations.

The association is being placed on the object you expect to be filtered based on the parent value selected. After selecting parent object field value, a filtered list of child object field will be available, based on the selection made in parent object field.

When using a rule to automatically add the child object field then it may not satisfy the association to the parent object field, then will lead the error.

To solve this issue, should refer to Object Association Field Criteria KBA 2287729 to check the object associations and ensure that in job requisition, the child object field value is in filtered list of parent object field.
