3587283 - How to add "Basic Data Text" of material master in PO/PR Print Form

Symptom

The "Basic Data Text" in material master need to be shows in the PO/PR output form

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Basic Data Text is maintained in the Change Material
Go to Create Purchase Order - Advanced or Create Purchase Requisition - Advanced
Enter material Number
When checking the Texts tab, the text from the material master has not been copied

Cause

Missing configuration in the customizing.

Resolution

For Purchase Requisition > SSCUI 105962 Define Copying Rules for Item Texts in Purchase Requisitions
For Purchase Order > SSCUI 103136 Define Copying Rules for Item Texts in Purchase Orders

Regarding what to select in the column "Fix", please read the value help of the field.
