3587290 - Global Search Does Not Display Results With 2 Characters

Global search does not return any results when searching with only 2 characters.

SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 

1. Access the V2 system and log in.

2. Enter a two-character search term in the global search field.

3. Observe that the system does not return any search results.

A minimum of 3 characters must be entered in the global search field for search results to be displayed. This is the expected system behavior.
