3587296 - After upgrading Microsoft ODBC Driver to version 18, delays are observed between consecutive Dataflows in Data Services 4.x.

Symptom

After upgrading to Microsoft ODBC Driver 18, a significant increase in execution time has been observed, with a delay of approximately 15 seconds between each data flow.
 
Before the upgrade to Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server version 18 : 
(14.3) 08-12-25 10:49:19 () DATAFLOW: Process to execute data flow <TEST_DATAFLOW> is completed.
(14.3) 08-12-25 10:49:20 () DATAFLOW: Process to execute data flow <TEST_DATAFLOW> is started.

After the upgrade to Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server version 18:
(14.3) 08-20-25 10:49:19 () DATAFLOW: Process to execute data flow <TEST_DATAFLOW> is completed.
(14.3) 08-20-25 10:49:35 () DATAFLOW: Process to execute data flow <TEST_DATAFLOW> is started.
