3587310 - "Facts could not be loaded." would appear when creating a Seamless Planning model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Successfully enable Seamless Planning for SAC
• Create a model based on Excel and select the Data Storage Location as SAP Datasphere Space
• Error message "Facts could not be loaded." would appear when creating this model

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.10 

1. Log onto SAC
2. Navigate to Modeler
3. On this Modeler page, select Model-> Start with data
4. On the following "Data Storage Location" panel, select SAP Datasphere and select the space and click on Next
5. On the following "Select a data source" panel, select the data source as "File (Local File or File Server)"
6. On the following "Create Model From File" panel, select to upload an Excel file
   => Observe that the Model interface would appear
   => However, observe that no data would appear on the "Data Foundation View" and the error message "Facts could not be loaded. " would appear

The issue is caused by a defect in the product. 

This issue has been addressed in Datasphere version 2025.07 and SAC version 2025.1.10.
