3587320 - 1H2025 - [CX Apply] - Can't Download the Resume Files When Editing in Application Wizard - Recruiting Management

When CX apply is enabled and candidates editing their applications, they can only update the resumes but can't download them. While on candidate profile page, they can download the resumes.

Expected behavior: when editing applications, candidates should be able to download the resumes.
