3587351 - Error while activating Flexible workflow

Activation of the workflow fails due to an error stating "Enter a value for the condition 'Total net amount of the purchase order is less than'"

1. Attempt to activate the workflow
2. Encounter the error message "Enter a value for the condition 'Total net amount of the purchase order is less than'"
3.  Though value exist for the condition

The issue with workflow activation is caused by missing details in the conditions, that is currency of the value is missing.

Ensure all necessary details are filled in the conditions for workflow.

The Currency of the value also has to be maintained.
