3587391 - How to output Chinese characters in a CGI payment file using DMEEX tree ?

Symptom

The payment file/DME/XML file does not display the "vendor name" in Chinese language.
SAP standard tree CN_CGI_XML_CT is used to generate the DME.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
