3587415 - Reimagined Candidate Experience - Instruction Type Fields Not Displayed on Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Instruction type fields are not displayed on the Candidate Profile (My Profile) page with the Reimagined Candidate Experience.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Sign in to the career site.
  2. Click on Update Profile or select My Profile from the user menu.
  3. Notice that instruction fields are not displayed.

Resolution

In the current design for the Reimagined Candidate Experience, only the instruction header will be displayed on the Candidate Profile (My Profile) page. 

The other instruction type fields will not be shown on this page. However, these fields will be shown under the Profile Information section when candidates apply.
