3587463 - Issue at Navigational Use Cases for Joule at SAP SuccessFactors

Symptom

  • When entering certain queries into the Joule console, such as "View my manager", the response doesn't include the 'profile' icon to direct the user to the manager's profile.
  • When entering certain queries into the Joule console, such as "View org chart", the response is similar to "I am unable to provide an organizational chart directly".
  • Navigational use cases across different modules are not working fine.
