3587478 - *** DP_FATAL_ERROR => Gateway died with status 2 SI_EPORT_INUSE

Symptom

The SAP instance wont start and the error in the dispatcher trace file (dev_disp) trace is:

*** ERROR => gateway (pid xxx) died [dpGateway.c 54]
*** DP_FATAL_ERROR => Gateway died with status 2 - I better exit now

Checking the gateway trace file (dev_rd ) the following error written:
