3587522 - How to transport a My Inbox custom tile created in the development customizing system to the test and production systems?

A custom tile has been created in the development customizing system to increase the My Inbox limit using the list size parameter. Since custom tiles can only be created in the development customizing system, user would like to know how to transport the my inbox custom tile to the target system(Test and Production system).
