3587618 - Overdue and due dates display different for assignments between BIZX, legacy LMS and New Learning Experience for LMS

On BIZX homepage an Item appears as overdue as it does on the legacy LMS homepage.

However on New Learning Experience for LMS it does not show as overdue.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create instructor-led with online content courses when a portion of the course is instructor-led and live, but another portion is online and on demand.
2. The class date will be before or on the Item due date
3. Assigned the Item with due date to the user but don’t register in the class.
4. Note the difference between BIZX, legacy LMS and New Learning Experience for LMS
5. Cancel the class and create a new class after the Item due date.
6. Register the user into the class.
7. Note the difference between BIZX, legacy LMS and New Learning Experience for LMS
   
   

This has been confirmed as being current expected behaviour.

For the New Learning Experience, we are showing the class card which shows details on the class enrolled with class dates. It is not the same as item card that is with item due date. Ideally user should be enrolled into the class that happens before item due date. After enrolment based on user testing, user will see the class information, hence this current experience.

Product Management have confirmed that it's on our roadmap to align the BIZX Homepage experience with New Learning Experience for LMS. It’s scheduled to be included on the roadmap via LRN-163563. At present we don't have any confirmation of a release date for this change.

When one is confirmed it will be confirmed via the roadmap.
