3587671 - Message in Web Service Message Monitoring cannot be canceled

Synchronous Web Service message(s) cannot be cancelled.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Goto Administrator -> General Settings -> Web Service Message Monitor.

Select the message to be cancelled and click on 'Cancel.' The message status remains unchanged.

The message is synchronous. As per standard process, synchronous message cannot be cancelled.  

The message will be deleted when the Expiry Date is reached.
