Symptom

No SRV_OPTION handler installed.
CT-LIBRARY error:
        ct_connect(): user api layer: external error: The connection failed because of invalid or missing external configuration data.
CT-LIBRARY error:
        ct_options(): user api layer: external error: An error was returned from the server while setting the options, check the server message for details.
