Symptom

While approving maintenance order in My Inbox app, the details of maintenance order is not visible.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Send a maintenance order for approval.
  2. Open the My Inbox App.
  3. The maintenance order data does not load on the screen for approval analysis.

Cause

The issue is due to missing authorization.

Resolution

Assign business catalog "SAP_EAM_BC_MYINBOX_PC" to the user.
