3587841 - SOW Bid still visible in Supplier's Work Items after Response Due Date

• When a Bid is submitted to a supplier and they do not respond before the respond by date, the work item remains in their work items
• The supplier does not have any way to remove the work item, even though there is an error stating they can no longer respond
