Symptom
Timesheet entries for a resource have been posted against a customer project, and actual effort is reflected in app “Plan Customer Projects”. However, when checking app “Review Customer Projects”, the actual effort for the role is shown as 0.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- In app "Plan Customer Projects", add a role and assign resource to a work package of a customer project
- Timesheet entries filled and approved for the assigned resource, and actual effort is displayed in app "Plan Customer Projects"
- In app "Review Customer Projects", the actual effort for the resource is still shown as 0
Cause
The system always sets the current month as the forecast month when reviewing a project for the first time, and fetches actual postings only until the forecast month. However, the efforts for the resource are posted in months following the forecast month.
Resolution
In app "Review Customer Projects", switch the view from "Till Forecast Month" to "Till This Month". Then the actual effort for the role will display.
