3587863 - Purchase Requisition Commitment not reduced completely after creating Purchase Order

Symptom

The Purchase Requisition (PR) commitment is not fully reduced (table COOI / report S_ALR_87013558 shows unexpected commitment values), although Purchase Order (PO) has been created. PO Order unit is different than the Unit of measure used in the PR.
