Symptom

While migrating data with Migration Object "Fixed asset - Master Data", below error message raised:

Local-Time-Dependent f.Validtn: Field (OBSOLETE) Date for Beginning of Valid. is obsolete and must not be used anymore

Message no. CNV_DMC_SIN 563.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

1.Go to migration cockpit.

2.Open migrate your data app.

3.Choose the migration project and object "Fixed asset - Master Data"

4.Simulate the data.

Cause

The obsolete field is filled in the template.

Resolution

Follow the tool tip of each field and make sure there is no value has been passed in the template for the columns marked as "Obsolete".
