An user configures to use inspection rule in an embedded EWM-QM scenario and wants to create inspection lots(1708/1709) with Unrestricted-use stock type(FF) in transaction code /SCWM/STOCK_ATT_CHG. Although Location-Independent Stock Type field has been set to FF in the inspection rule, no stock can be selected after execution, which means no inspection lot is created.
