3588129 - Table Hierarchy Layout Changes After Refresh When Using Fold/Unfold in Web Intelligence

Symptom

  • The default layout of table hierarchy changes every time a Web Intelligence report is refreshed when the table hierarchy is set using the Fold/Unfold functionality. Specifically, rows/columns that were previously collapsed using the Fold feature will expand again after refreshing the report, reverting to showing all hierarchy levels.
  • This issue occurs consistently across reports based on BEx Query data source.
  • Issue was encountered after migration.
