How to tryout Trial Balance API

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition 

Choose this entry on the right, towards end of list  

/C_TRIALBALANCE(P_FromPostingDate=datetime'{P_FromPostingDate}',P_ToPostingDate=datetime'{P_ToPostingDate}')/Results

Provide a filter to restrict the data. (at least Ledger and CompanyCode).

Also make sure that the PostingDate From/To is provided in the right format.

Click on the button “Show optional Parameter”. Enter the aggregation you want to do in $Select. (E.g. CompanyCode, GLAccount, EndingBalanceInCoCodeCrcy).

Without a proper aggregation level, the API will run into a timeout.

 

Press Run and you will get this result (also showing the corresponding URL your client has to execute):
