3588324 - Not possible to check Audit Logs for the Deletion of the Process Variant - Onboarding

The Process Variant configured was deleted and it's required to check the Audit logs to confirm who and when the it was deleted.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to the Onboarding module
2. Try to hire a candidate.
3. In the BPE, it will appear an error due to the missing process variant.

It's a system design to not have a history or audit trail to identify who and when the Process Variant was deleted.

Currently, it's only possible to see the user who edited an existing Process Variant.

In order to change or improve this system behavior, it's possible to submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team, which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
