3588325 - IPv6 not supported in IP Filter Sets in SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

  • Attempting to create an IP filter set in SAP Commerce Cloud's Cloud Portal which includes both IPv4 and IPv6 subnets results in an error.
  • The error message received is:
    "Unable to create entity for IPFilterRequestApiDTO due to: IP filter set 'IpFilteringSet[null/'null']' is not valid. Reason: Rule '2603:1000:4::5e0/123' is not a valid IP filtering rule!"
