3588345 - When scheduling a Crystal Report, Error is encountered: "The viewer could not process an event. Error in File xxxxxx.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 229] [] ---- Error code: 0 [CRWEB00000119]."

Symptom

  • Viewing the report from CMC or BI Launchpad results in the following error:
    The viewer could not process an event. Error in File xxxxxx.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 229] [] ---- Error code: 0 [CRWEB00000119].
  • Scheduling the report also fails with the same error.
