3588348 - [OBX-27716] Allow login using personal email address for ROOE - Onboarding

Symptom

  • In 1H 2022 (2205), a limitation to reset password and login using personal email address for rehire on Old Employment (ROOE) isn't possible. 
  • Before, the system sent the older username to login.
  • This limitation will exist until 2H 2024 (2411).
  • This causes a confusing experience for users; hence, it needs to be addressed.
  • OBX-27716 will address this limitation for Rehire on Old Employment.
  • This KBA illustrates the pre-requisites and how the new feature works based on the steps provided in the Implementation Guide.
  • This KBA does not include behavior testing when using IAS for onboarding.
