3588407 - Unable to Enter Partial Amounts for Open Items to be Paid-SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

In the "Manage Automatic Payments" app, it does not allow entering partial amounts for the open items to be paid.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Manage Automatic Payments doesn't support partial payments in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product currently.

Resolution

Partial payments can be posted manually in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition product. This can be done using the "Post Outgoing Payments" or "Post Incoming Payments" apps. These apps are designed to handle partial payments.
