3588691 - Italy intrastat: File is not accepted by the Italian Intraweb tool

• When you create the file in .cee format and upload it to Intraweb portal, errors occured.  

• SAP S/4 HANA for International Trade
• Intrastat Processing

• Go into transaction /ECRS/RP_EDIT or use the “Manage Intrastat Declaration” app. 
• Open the intrastat declaration for Italy.
• Hit the button 'Create the file'. 
• The file explorer opens immediately to save the SCAMBI file.
• Upload the file manually to the Italian INTRAWEB tool or directly from the system. 

• Wrong file format is using in the provider of information. 

• For Italy you have 2 possibilities to send the intrastat file the Italian authority. 
  1. Manually upload of the file by using the Italian INTRAWEB tool. 
  2. Directly from SAP system to the Italian authority. 
• Two file formats are provided in the provider of information (transaction /ECRS/POI_EDIT) for Italy:
  • 1    ASCII File - without Additional header Line (function module /ECRS/RP_GET_GOV_FILE_DATA_IT is using) 
  • 2    ASCII File with Additional Header Line (function module /ECRS/RP_GET_GOV_FILE_DATA_IT2 is using) 
• Which file format should be used:
  • INTRAWEB tool - 1    ASCII File - without Additional header Line 
  • Direct upload - 2    ASCII File with Additional Header Line

Note: By using the Italian authority's INTRAWEB, you must use the file format '1', without additional header line, because the INTRAWEB is creating the header line automatically, otherwise the file cannot be uploaded and it ends with errors.
