• The need for a report that shows model deletions in SAP Signavio Process Manager to identify mistakenly deleted models and the users who deleted them.

• There is currently no report that shows model deletions.
• This information can be found in folder feeds, but not in the Shared Documents folder, only in its subfolders and their subfolders etc.
